As custom home builders our clients tend to provide us with plans and specifications for their homes. However on those occasions where clients request price guides on our home range the following inclusions will be supplied as standard.

Basement floors: 2.4m high ceilings standard or as per your plan

H1 Class raft slab as standard.
Raft slab to garage, porch and alfresco

For tiled homes cement shingle color on (Boral Striata)
