Our services are tailored to the requirements of our clients and gives them a number of choices in how much involvement they wish to have from their builder. Please read our frequently asked questions page for more specific information relationg to general building questions. 

Free 1st Consultation.

You may have found that block of land you have been looking for and require some advice to ensure you have made the right decision. Either by phone or appointment we can make some comment on the potential negatives of the site (if any) and what cost implications that may have on your budget to build. We can also give an indication of what size home can fit on the block and a very indicative cost for that home. See addition information on  choosing your site

Our full service is a design and construct.

This basically manages the building of your home from conception to completion. We are well suited to clients that want a stress free approach to building, where we do all the leg work for you. Included in such a service would be a design brief with the designer, estimation, town planning, colour selection, preparing the documentation and organising the building permit.

Partial Service.

Depending on your circumstances you may have already started the design process and require us to do the rest. This is suited to clients that may have plans and town planning but no other documents and require advice, estimation, proper documentation and a building permit.

Fress Estimates.

This is offered for customers that have done all the leg work themselves and require a detailed estimation in order to select their builder. In order to get the most accurate cost it is best to have full documentation (working plan, engineering and soil test) and your wish list. Generally we offer a 2 week turn around on house estimates. If you are still going through the feasibility stage of purchase we can offer you  indicative cost estimates on your conceptual plans.

Colour Consultancy and Interior Design

Renmark Homes offers our clients interior and exterior colour consultancy service. We Cater to clients that require professional advice and assitance in the selection of colours for their home. The proper selection and matching of paint, tiles and joinery finishes and bench tops will ensure that that your home properly reflects your tastes, compliments the design, and most importantly feels good to be in.

We can also extend this consultancy to take care soft furnishing, window dressing and appliance and sanitary fixture selection to ensure all elements of your home match and compliment each other.
